POLICIES AND NORMS

PiC has well laid out policies which have been prepared in consultation with the management, staff and outside professionals, wherever required.
Finance Manual:

The Finance Manual serves as a guidebook and documents the policies and procedure that should be adhered to record and monitor financial transactions. This document provides clarity regarding internal processes and helps the concerned staff in:

  • Recording all financial transactions
  • Monitoring and Control expenditures
  • Satisfactory statutory reporting requirements
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial and management reporting to donors, funding agencies and the management of the organization

Human Resource Policy

PiC has a clear and well laid down HR Policy to inform the team members about their rights and obligations. The HR policy documents prevalent organizational practices and norms in a standardized format for user friendly reference. It contains the key policies, goals, benefits and expectations of PIC andother information an employee would require in course of employment in the organization. The document is being recognized as a dynamic document and opens to certain additions, amendment and changes according to the need of the organization.

The HR Policy also inbuilt certain specific well laid down policies such as:

  • Gender Policy
  • Sexual Harassment Policy
  • Grievance Redressal
  • Policy on the Employment of the Disabled
